The Mountain of God Part One

                      
              This present experience began yesterday as we count time on earth and I only date them to have a record of when this happened. In heaven there is no time or even awareness of it. The Spirit took me from the cave to the small Lodge that I had seen before. Moses was sitting out front on a bench and he bid me to come over and sit with him. His expression was one of kindness and fellowship.


  He said “ Michael today we begin a new phase of awareness and authority that will change your life. This small lodge is my abode for here I am closest to him whom I gave my heart and devotion to all those centuries ago. I like you have a heavenly estate but I chose to live here in this simple lodge for it is located under the mountain in the shadow of the mountain of God. Michael there are certain rules that applied in my day and will be so forever.

   One is only those bidden of Father may walk on his holy mountain. Sinai was his holy place and how I remember like it was yesterday when the presence of Father came down. On that mountain all Israel and I quaked in fear before his glory. My fellow countrymen were so terrified in his holy presence that they drew back, but I in spite of my fear had a hunger ignited in my spirit to walk and touch his glory.

   This hunger was far greater than my fear. I have ever since that day to this very time longed to dwell with him in the glory. So this is why I dwell in this lodge before his holy mountain. Michael even today you cannot just walk on his holy mountain at will, but must be bidden by his Spirit to approach him. You will experience a new level of Father that few have ever attained. Michael I dwell here because even if I am not on his holy mountain, here in this lodge I can still see the smoke and fire of his glory, and be as close to him as I can be. I do not care for the refinements of heaven and my needs are small.

  I dwell here until I am bidden by Father to come to him and so I shall ever be. My love and devotion for him were sealed on that day so long ago. I will spend eternity waiting on him with all my heart that I may know him. With this he looked up at the Holy Mountain with an expression of both love and reverence. Michael I sold out to him so long ago and I will spend eternity waiting on my Gods call to do his bidding”.

   I then like Moses cast my eyes upon his Holy Mountain. I realized I had seen this mountain many times on my trips to heaven and some how knew it was special but had never been on it. I had seen it in flashes but had never spent much time looking at it or seen it so clearly as I had today. I was suddenly aware of a great hunger in my heart to ascend this mountain and I also knew that in so doing I would never be the same again. My heart swelled with such a hunger for both his presence and a longing of devotion for him far greater than anything I had ever known. I looked over at Moses and saw that he was watching me intently with an expression that made me aware he knew what I was thinking and feeling.

  “ Michael you feel this way because of where you are. All who come here are made aware of just how special Father is and their hearts are sold out to follow him. You have fought many battles in your life to get here, and this has been Fathers will for your life always even before you were born. Satan has sought to destroy you but Fathers will was established. Despite all the seeming ups and downs of your life we are here just as Father planned.

   This mountain as you already know is not the mountain of God found in the city with the throne room on the top. This mountain is the connection point of Father with all that is. This mountain was here before the creation, and although the earth and the present heaven shall one day be no more, this mountain shall never pass away. All who would know his glory must find there way here but only the holy will climb its sides into his presence.

   “Michael here you will divest yourself of all earthly pride and ambition. Here you will learn true humility and servitude. I told you how proud and ambitious I was as a youth. The record of his word was I was the meekest man in the earth. This was a lesson I learned from being in his presence.

  At this moment I heard a loud trumpet blast and the mountain began to quake and shake with the glory of God. Moses looked at me and smiled and said “come Michael Father calls to us to come” and with a Holy reverence filling my heart such as I have never known this holy man of God and I began to climb his mountain into his presence.
