The Light that Liberates Part Nine

      We are living in monumental times. The world all around is being fragmented by the pressures being exerted all around us. If there has ever been a time for clarity and a true voice to be heard it is today. A voice familiar to millions around the world has the answers for which we seek.


Many in the body of Christ are looking to walk with God on a higher level. Many voices are speaking out to the church of our day that it is the will of God that we as believers in Christ walk in higher spiritual realms of kingdom authority. I have had many young people approach me with their eyes and hearts full of a spiritual hunger for the deeper life.

It is in response to these requests that this present series has been initiated. There are certain principles in danger of being lost in our present day that are the eternal foundation for the truth millions are seeking. Many teach that it is just a simple process that the reason most people do not walk in the deep things of God is because they have not been taught. I must admit there is much to be said in favor of this argument.

The word of God is explicit in its teachings and there are fundamental truths that must be dealt with. In the first chapter of Genesis the Lord has shown me that the work of creation as set forth in the biblical account was never meant to be a complete accounting of the creation of the world. The bible as such is primarily a spiritual document. Its main purpose is to lead the seeking soul to God.

The Holy Spirit has been sent into the world to lead us to the revelation of the truth. He has shown me in recent months a revelation of the working of God from the salvation of the soul through faith in Christ to the development of that soul in maturity.

I have been blessed to walk with the Lord for over fifty years now and have walked in the office of a seer prophet for the last eighteen years. All seers are prophets but not all prophets are seers. I mention this because I beiieve there is a dangerous element in the body of Christ today that are teaching radical concepts not taught in the word of God.

For example God has set in the church the fivefold ministry. Pau said do all prophesy? I would add to that do all have dreams and visions? Speaking as a seer the danger I see in the body in the ministry as it pertains to my area of some expertise is a hunger for spiritual gifting and prophetic insight based on the carnal desire to experience some new thing.

The Holy Spirit the word says moved on holy men of God and they penned the scriptures. I will say it plainly we are none of us perfect or never capable of living completely above sin or error in our lives. Yet there is a dangerous trend in the body of Christ to seek gifting and spiritual experiences in a way they were never meant to be.

In earlier writings in this series I have shown that the Holy Spirit hovers over the lost soul just as he did over the world he created eons ago. We have shown that the human heart lost without God is just as dark and empty as the world of that day was. The word said not only was their no life but that darkness covered the face of the deep. The person who does not know Christ has no life in them. They are as devoid of life as the water covering the earth in the beginning.

The person lost without Christ has no idea what the truth is their entire existence is full of the darkness and depravity of eternal death. The reason people go to hell when they die is because they are born and spend their earthly lives consumed by the revelation that the darkness inside of them affords.

They are not only possessed by the darkness within, but they also are surrounded by darkness without. At the fall mankind became sinners made in the image of its new father Satan. The concepts of collective humanity were warped by the internal revelation they gained at the fall.

Yet we are not without hope. Every believer in Christ at one time or another was faced with a choice. The Holy Spirit opened our hearts to the truth when the Gospel was presented to us. Like in the work of creation he spoke the light into existence and in the blinding light of that revelation we saw ourselves as we truly are for the first time.

The first light that we see is Jesus did come to die in our place and it is the Holy Spirit that brings this revelation alive to the human heart. We then experience the new birth and are made new creations in Jesus Christ. The light comes inside us and Christ himself is formed in our hearts. The Spirit divides the firmament from the water.

In other words he shows us there is another way a higher revelation that God would bring to us. He wants to transform us into sons and daughters of God. I will now speak plainly the truth that so many are not ready to hear. Only the holy shall see God. You can seek him for visions and revelations of the heavens but if this seeking is not founded on an actual righteousness that can only occur through the daily process of laying one’s life down for him there is no truth in it.

Christ is formed in us in the new birth just as the dry land appeared from out of the depth of the sea. The sea we saw in the beginning was a place of death. We are capable of living for God or ourselves. Jesus said that anyone who does not take up their cross daily and follow him is not worthy of him. We all fall short but the individual whom God brings to himself is that soul who allows the Holy Spirit from day to day to show him who he really is on the inside.

This revelation will cause us to allow the Spirit of God to do a deeper work of the cross within us that we might walk in newness of life. We gain in Gods kingdom by walking in humbleness before him. I would submit the wise axiom of Jesus is as true today as in any generation before that we would know them by their fruits.

When we can come together in a grand party and prophesy over one another while there is so much obvious sin in the body it tells us the truth. In many churches across the world today the carnality of the heart lies side by side with the spiritual renewal they purport. One can hardly blame the sheep in the congregations because their pulpits are filled with wolves in sheep’s clothing who under the guise of a cloak of righteousness build spiritual kingdoms to enrich themselves.

Pastors sleeping with members in the church and far from being repentant they arrogantly defend their behavior. Our churches are full of the vilest forms of sexual perversion and greed coupled with a lust for power and prestige.

All of these are undisputed facts yet people who live like this and act like this are among the most renowned ministers in the church today. Saint of God if your heart burns to walk in the divine truth of God. If your heart burns for a new higher revelation there is only one way to get it.

You must surrender yourself and all you are to the one we serve. You must live a holy life. So many say I am saved and sanctified and filled with the Holy Ghost. Friend praise God for your declaration but if your life and conduct is no different than the sinners all around you it simply is not true.

I shall in coming weeks lay out before the readers of this blog a revelation of the deeper life. We have come to a day in the church of Jesus Christ that f you even mention sin that the same so called righteous ones of the Lord will say do not bring your condemnation on me. When we cannot even mention that we as believers are supposed to come out from among them and be different as the word says the snakes or wolves scattered in the flock get angry.

To truly walk with God in his high places is going to cost you everyting that you are. There is a price to pay and that is the laying down of your life, regardless of the consequences so that you may walk in his.
