The Elders

       
  My spirit has rejoiced in the presence of the Holy Spirit. It has been such a great learning experience as well. I know so much more about how to connect and flow with them [the trinity] than I knew before. I feel rejuvenated and refreshed. The Lord is so wonderful in that he has given me this time in the Holy Spirits place. Spirit of God yours is the most tender of hearts and the most loving. What a joy to have been here with you.


  My heart and mind were reflecting on this for I know that this time of refreshing is at an end. The Spirit has once more picked me up and carried me to the mountain of God or rather I am standing at the base of it. I see in the foreground Moses Lodge. I gathered myself and began walking towards it. The door opened and Moses and several others came out with him into the yard in front of Moses Lodge.

  Moses on spotting me smiled and motioned for me to come over and join them. I knew at once something of importance was happening. There were five of them and their faces were grave. I recognized them at once for all five were elders. I had seen them in the valley of eternity and they were five of the twenty-four. These men gathered here were legends of the word all Old Testament icons and men of renown. They made me feel welcome and Moses began to explain to me why we had gathered there.

“Michael we have come here this day to come before the Lord at his bidding and call. Father has assembled us to come into his presence on his holy mountain. We are so gathered for the hour is late and the evil forces in the earth know that there hour is almost upon them. This is that time our Lord spoke of when he warned his disciples to watch themselves and not be given over to spiritual deception. Father is about to unleash the next wave that shall shake the earth as it has never been shaken before.”

  As Moses was addressing us his voice shook with great emotion and the others it was obvious shared his burden and concern. We were gathered together in a circle with Moses in the center. I began to look at them one at a time. Some I knew and had spent time with, others I had heard speak only from afar or seen at a distance. Yet all were here waiting on Father’s bidding to ascend his mountain. There was faithful Abraham the spiritual Father of us all. My friends and mentors Elijah and Enoch were also present. Finally the last member of those gathered here was Daniel. I must admit I felt in some ways both honored and astounded to be included with such a group of such noble distinction as these. My heart and the hearts of all the others were moved by both Moses words and by the obvious emotional distress he was feeling at the same time.

  Moses looked at me with his eyes full of tears and said “my son this is the hour of great evil that our master and others have spoken of in his word. We are here to intercede for those righteous servants of our Lord in the earth that they may be strengthened with his might in the Spirit, and that they are not shaken but stand firm in this hour. Many shall fall in this day and many others shall be birthed in the kingdom for the time of sorrows has come.” With this Moses ceased speaking and put his arms around me and began to weep on my shoulder. The others gathered around us and one by one began to reach out to him with the love and compassion that this gentle giant of God inspired in us.

  Abraham took me aside and gave me a bear hug. He is a giant of a man both tall and well developed. He said “Michael it is a great joy to meet you at last. Our hearts have been moved by Moses accounts of your devotion to Father and he has a great affection for you as a spiritual father to a son”.

  At this Moses put his hand on my shoulder as a gesture of love and affection but said nothing.

  Abraham continued to address me and said “ Michael there are so many things I could share with you both written in the word of God and some not written. I and all these here are gathered to pray for you and others who are facing these distressing times on earth.”

  He paused and sighed it was as if he were gathering his thoughts.

  Looking in my eyes he began anew “Michael there are some similarities that can be seen from my life and these days that I would share with you.”

  He looked me in the eyes with an expression of great determination and said “ Satan knew I was the chosen of Father to be the one he had chosen to establish a divine covenant through whom the whole world would be blessed. Michael in my life I faced famine, persecution, and death. God had promised me a son and for much of my life I had only my faith in his promise to sustain me through the dark moments of satanic persecution I endured. Michael you and others in the body of Christ are facing the darkest days that mankind has ever had to endure.

  Whatever it may look like and there will be days when you like I will be tempted to compromise. In the momentary time of affliction you will look for your own Egypt to flee to when all seems lost and hopeless. Just remember to endure all things as a soldier of Christ, and stand on his promise to you and this generation for you shall prevail”

  With this he stepped back and Daniel took me in his arms and embraced me. Daniel was of medium height and build. His eyes reflected great dignity and wisdom.

  He said “ Michael you are welcome for you like we are in the final analysis a follower of Father chosen to do his bidding. Our day is over and yours is just beginning. Michael you as yet do not perceive that which Father is setting your hand to do but even now it is beginning to manifest itself in your life. Yours shall be a voice of hope and consolation to the downtrodden and oppressed. Many shall lose their way in this hour I know for I saw these days so long ago.”

  Michael do not get caught up in the personal dimensions or the fear that is even now being unleashed. Rather let your focus be on the suffering of others and be a hand outstretched with a word of consolation and hope. You have a message and revelation far above most for your heart is here, and no matter what may be happening all around you if you continue to let your anointing and word come from here you will never lose your way.”

  Enoch then stepped forward and put his arm on my shoulder.

  “ Michael none here have any more affection and love for you than I, for as you know Father placed you in my heart before you were born. Do not fear son the rumblings of tribulation that you see beginning to break out all around you.

  His eyes were glazed with tears and he said “ Son soon I shall be directed of Father to take you into the cloud of his glory and there shall your spirit remain for the rest of your earthly sojourn. This will be not just to sustain you for Father could sustain you by the relationship you and he share. Michael your greatest gift to the body of Christ is going to be the ability to sustain others through the midst of that which is coming. We five have endeavored to share with you our combined experience and wisdom for the time of your being set forth is upon you.”

  As Enoch ceased speaking they all gathered around me and began to pray for me. My heart is both warmed by their love for me and their anointing. I now also know something more about that which I am called to do. I have often felt for many years that my ministry would end in martyrdom I now know this is wrong.

  It is not me that shall be martyred but rather this generation to whom I am called to minister to that is facing the end of all things. In other words in a very real sense it is our world that is facing death and we the body of Christ are called to minister life and hope to all those who suffer and shall suffer in the days ahead. May God keep his hand upon us!
